Though Katy has seemingly made reference to the tension between them during Taylor&rsquo;s recent public spat with reality TV star Kim Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris, her mother Mary Hudson insists she&rsquo;s currently trying to 'rise' above it all. But Katy's father Keith Hudson says that doesn&rsquo;t mean the end of their war, reports a website. "Katy released Rise. It says, 'My feet have been put to the fire but I will rise&rsquo;. That&rsquo;s what she&rsquo;s about right now,&rdquo; Mary said.
Keith added: "You know it ain&rsquo;t over yet."
Katy became embroiled in Taylor's row with Calvin &mdash; who she split from in June, a few weeks before she began romancing British actor Tom Hiddleston &mdash; after it emerged that Taylor secretly wrote his track This is what you came for.
