In an interview for ABC News' Nightline, the 29-year-old staru00a0-- along with sisters Khloe and Kourtney and mom Kris Jenneru00a0-- confronts the plastic surgery rumors head on. "I'm totally not against plastic surgery," she explains to reporter Cynthia McFadden. "I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done." "I've never had my nose done," she clarifies. Adds her mom Kris: "None of us have had our nose done."u00a0 Still, Kim admits: "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done. I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn'tu00a0-- I wouldn't look the same." One Kardashian who did have work done: big sister Kourtney, 30. "I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I could care less," said Kourtney.
