Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has confirmed that she and husband Kanye West are having a third child. Kardashian confirmed the news in a trailer for the upcoming season of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'. Kardashian posted a teaser trailer for the 14th season of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' to Instagram, in which she can be seen telling sister Khloe, "We're having a baby!"

The confirmation comes amid speculation that the couple has hired a surrogate to carry the baby as Kardashian faced complications during her pregnancies with daughter North, four, and Saint, one.
