Los Angeles: Reality TV personality Kim Kardashian has lost 19 kgs since giving birth to her second child Saint West.

Kim lost weight by following the Atkins 40 diet plan, but she still wants to lose another 12 kgs, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Kim, who also has two-year-old daughter North with her rapper husband Kanye West, wrote on her blog on her application: "Wanting more things to start fitting - 42 lbs down and 28 to go!"
After shedding over 18 kgs, Kim can now fit into her old fitness outfits.
She said: "Wearing my old workout clothes! They fit again."
Kim has previously said she is constantly faced with the temptation of unhealthy snacks that are stocked in her handbag, which are an emergency stash of cheesy snacks and boxes of raisins North.
Taking to her website KimKardashianWest.com last week, she shared: "My Birkin carries all of my essentials. Find out exactly what I carry with me! Annie's Homegrown Cheddar Bunnies, USD 7, North loves these cheesy snacks!"
She also pops in a few packets of Black Forest Gummy Bears because "they're another favourite snack."
