<br />The reality TV star, who is currently expecting her second child, will finally release pictures from the shoot on her app but before then she treated millions of her Twitter followers to a couple of sneak-peeks, reported Ace Showbiz.</p>
<p>"Pics on my app tomorrow," she wrote in the caption and added the hastag #FinallyReleasingThisDesertShoot.</p>
