Washington: Kim Kardashian has pleaded with her 20 million Twitter followers to save the Armenian Christian village of Kassab in war-torn Syria through a series of tweets.

However, the SaveKessab hashtag used by the reality star has apparently bolstered the false allegations made by Syrian dictator Bashar Assad, who said that Syrian rebels desecrated Kassab's churches and killed residents, Fox News reported.
