Los Angeles: Singer Madonna has spoken out in support of singer Elton John and against leading fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, who are in the news for condemning in-vitro fertilisation and saying same-sex couples should not raise children.

The 56-year-old took to photo-sharing platform Instagram on March 18 to post a Dolce and Gabbana 2010 campaign image which showed her and a baby sitting atop her, reports aceshowbiz.com
