<p>The 42-year-old actor took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of the two, wherein they are seen laughing together and captioned it, 'One year ago today I had the pleasure of marrying David Burtka. I'm so happy that I did - he's a truly wonderful man', E! Online reports.</p>
<p>'Here's to many more laughs and adventures', the 'How I Met Your Mother' actor added.</p>
<p>Neil and David, who married in a ceremony in Italy one year ago, have two kids' Harper Grace and Gideon Scott</p>
