Quentin Tarantino, who might take retirement from direction, has expressed a desire to pen novels and plays.

The 52-year-old actor revealed that he wanted to retire from direction after completing 10 movies and hopes to complete two more films after his upcoming flick The Hateful Eight hits cinemas, a newspaper said.
In a recent interview, the Pulp Fiction director said after taking retirement, he would start mulling about his creative future.
According to sources, the director earlier revealed his retirement plans, saying, &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t believe you should stay onstage until people are begging you to get off. I like the idea of leaving them wanting a bit more.&rdquo;
