Washington: Oprah Winfrey, one of the richest women on the planet, has opened up about how people approach her to borrow money.

The 60-year-old TV personality told TMZ.com that people ask her for money based on how much they think she's worth, ABC News reported. For instance, when she earned 22,000 dollars a year, people asked for 50 dollars, and when she got 50,000 dollars, they needed 500, she said.
