The stunning "Top Chef" host has never identified the father, but Dell's friend said he's happy to as sume paternal responsibility and is looking forward to spending time with his daughter. However, all isn't well between the mom and dad. Sources reveal that Adam Dell, is having some issues with his limited role as a parent.A source claims that Dell has attempted to get visitation rights, weekends, and vacations with Krishna, but "Padma wasn't being entirely accommodating."A friend on Team Padma claims, however,"An agreement was made with the biological father that was very fair.
