Los Angeles: 'Greys Anatomy' star Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian Fink are heading for divorce after 15 years of marriage.

Fink filed for divorce from the 49-year-old actor, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason of their split, reported Ace Showbiz.
