London: Actress Stephanie Davis, who is pregnant with on and off boyfriend Jeremy McConnell's baby, was left traumatised after being attacked in a car park.

The incident took place over the weekend, reports mirror.co.uk.

Davis shocked Twitter users when she launched into a worrying Twitter rant.

But it came just hours after she is said to have fallen victim to a horrific attack, with photographs appearing to show her writhing on the floor.

"Steph is traumatised by what happened, she's being extra careful at the moment because of the baby," said a source.

"It's really shaken her, she can't believe a stranger could do this," the source added.

Davis's mother also took to the micro-blogging site and said that her daughter was "assaulted" and "was shocked and shaken".

It's unclear exactly what caused the attack.
