London:&nbsp;Reese Witherspoon says juggling the differing needs of her three children is 'hard', but she 'manages' it. The 'Wild' actress has daughter Ava, 15, and son Deacon, 11, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe and two-year-old Tennessee with current spouse Jim Toth, and she is often surprised at how she manages to cope with her busy life.

Sometimes it's hard to manage everything during the day because you also want to give your older kids as much of your time as you can too. 'Your mind is going in 10 different directions and you think you can't keep up but somehow you manage,' she added.
