London: Reese Witherspoon says juggling the differing needs of her three children is 'hard', but she 'manages' it. The 'Wild' actress has daughter Ava, 15, and son Deacon, 11, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe and two-year-old Tennessee with current spouse Jim Toth, and she is often surprised at how she manages to cope with her busy life.
