Pattinson&#39;s night out with the guys follows reports that he and his on/off girlfriend of four years, Kristen Stewart, are finally back on track following a rough patch that stemmed from her fling with married director Rupert Sanders last August. The couple are reportedly happier than ever after taking a break to re-evaluate their relationship but are trying to have a healthier bond by more spending time with friends.
