Teen actress Selena Gomez has revealed that she's not dating Justin Bieber.

The young singers sparked rumours last week after they were spotted having breakfast together at an IHop pancake restaurant in Philadelphia.

Onlookers said they were holding hands and looking ''cuddly'' as they shared meal in a corner booth and they were photographed leaving the eatery arm-in-arm.

However, the 'Wizards of Waverly Place' star has denied love was in the air.

"It was pancakes. Who doesn't like pancakes?" the Daily Mail quoted her as telling MTV News.

Selena claims it was merely a matter of being in the same place at the same time.

"We were both performing in the same place so we went and had pancakes together. That's all it is. All innocent," she added.

The pair, both on stage at different events last night, were also seen sharing the sweet treats before their appearance at the Jingle Ball in New York on Wednesday.
