London: Shakira has become the most popular person on Facebook with 86.3m fans. The 'Hips Don't Lie' hitmaker is closely followed by Rihanna, who has 86.2m "likes", while Eminem secured the third position with 83.9 "likes", Metro.co.uk reported.
