The son of the former president of Argentina wrote, in a copy of the Jan. 16, 2011 email attached as an exhibit, that he was not Shakira&rsquo;s partner in coquito or any of her other companies and she is the sole owner and beneficiary of her companies. He also allegedly said, in a related email to the mum-of-one, dated Jan. 15, 2011 and provided to the court, that he is not a partner in any of her companies. Shakira has filed a private declaration in LA County Superior Court, claiming that her former boyfriend Antonio de la Rua had admitted in writing that he never had a stake in any of her companies and as a result has no right to sue her for 100 million dollars.
