The &lsquo;Hips Don&rsquo;t Lie&rsquo; hitmaker confessed that she followed a fitness regime, which included plies and squeezing her buns 30 times to get her butt back in shape. The Colombian singer worked hard to get back into shape after she gave birth to son Milan in January, for her judging stint on &lsquo;The Voice&rsquo;.
