Bad news for Shakira. The hottie is getting sued by Reggaeton artist Nejo.According to Nejo, Shakira never paid him or gave him credit for writing her song Loca. Nejo was apparently involved in writing the lyrics for the song which is part of Shakira's Sale El Sol album.Nejo claims he's "furious" that they used his portion of the song and his voice and isn't being compensated. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/feb/shakira.jpg" border="5" /> The suit also includes Pitbull and Dominican artist Cata. Nejo goes on to say:"I am furious, they used my part of the song, my verses, my voice, and the remix I did with Dalmata. Cata stole from me because he stayed quiet so he can take all the money. Even though he (Cata) wrote the original song, he knows that Shakira fell in love with my verses. They put 'Shakira featuring Cata' while only thanking me and Dalmatra in the CD sleeve. It should have said 'Shakira featuring ufffdejo' "
