The 36-year-old singer and her husband Carey Hart have listed the plush Point Dume estate property for $1 million less than they put it on the market for last year in the hope of finding a buyer.
Those keen to purchase a piece of paradise may well be interested in the six-bedroom and six-bathroom abode as it comes with a pool, a cabana and some picturesque views.
The home also comes with a guest apartment with a full kitchen for your pals, which could be ideal if you don't want to see that much of them while you are relaxing in your luxury house.
