New York: Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon's 55-year-old brother died after suffering a heart attack.

Terry Tomalin, one of the actress' eight siblings, worked as outdoors editor for Florida newspaper the Tampa Bay Times, and used his frequent travels as inspiration for his work.
