The highly anticipated three-day event, starting on March 1 in Gujarat, is expected to be a glamorous affair with a star-studded guest list.</p>

<p>Rihanna, the American-Barbadian singer, made a stylish entry in Jamnagar on February 29 for Anant Ambani and <strong><a href="https://www.mid-day.com/lifestyle/culture/photo/live-updates-anant-ambani-and-radhika-merchant-pre-wedding-celebration-in-jamnagar-99673/4" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Radhika Merchant'</a></strong>s pre-wedding celebration. Spotted at the Jamnagar airport on Thursday evening, Rihanna sported a black top and dark pants, complemented by long brown curls. Accompanied by her team and security, she took a golf cart to reach the event venue.</p>

<p>Before the three-day event kicking off on Friday, Rihanna's team received a warm Indian welcome at Jamnagar airport. Greeted with a traditional Gujarati dandiya dance, they were treated to a variety of sweets and beverages to mark the beginning of the festivities.</p>
<p>Anant and Radhika got engaged in a traditional Gujarati ceremony known as Gol Dhana in Mumbai on January 19, 2023. The pre-wedding festivities kickstarted on Wednesday with 'anna seva'. At Jogwad village near <strong><a href="https://www.mid-day.com/amp/brand-media/article/reliance-foundation-announces-vantara-a-comprehensive--animal-rescue-care-23337127" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Reliance</a></strong> Township in Jamnagar, &nbsp;members of the Ambani family served traditional Gujarati food to the villagers. Food will be served to about 51,000 residents, which will continue for the next few days to seek the blessings of the native community.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>About Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding</strong></p>
<p>The functions are expected to be traditional and grand. Guests will get to experience the beauty of Indian culture at the pre-wedding festivities. The guests at the occasion will receive traditional scarves made by women artisans from Kachchh and Lalpur in Gujarat.</p>
<p>Besides Rihanna, several Bollywood celebs have reached Jamnagar. These include <strong><a href="https://www.mid-day.com/entertainment/bollywood-news/article/-janhvi-kapoor-as-an-actor-you-need-to-keep-pushing-yourself-23303220" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Janhvi Kapoor,</a></strong> Manushi Chhillar, Abhishek Bachchan, and designer Manish Malhotra to name a few.</p>
<p>As per a PTI report, the upcoming three-day event will host themed functions, with guests adhering to suggested dress codes outlined in the 'Event Guide.' The first day, March 1, 2024, is themed 'An Evening in Neverland,' prompting guests to don elegant cocktail attire for the celebration.</p>
<p>March 2, 2024, marks Day 2 of the festivities with 'A Walk on the Wildside,' set outdoors at the Ambanis' animal rescue center in Jamnagar. The 'jungle fever' dress code will be embraced before transitioning to 'Mela Rouge,' a fusion of South Asian activities, where guests are encouraged to showcase their favorite South Asian attire.</p><p>
