Amid the mounting backlash, the brand strategist has now issued a public apology in the form of an open letter.

In her statement, she acknowledged that her comments may have been misinterpreted and expressed regret if they caused hurt to the actor or any kind of reputational harm to him.
She wrote, “Over the past few days, a clip from my recent podcast appearance has circulated widely on social media. During the course of that conversation, I made certain statements regarding alleged 'dos and don'ts' said to have been associated with Actor Mr. Allu Arjun prior to a meeting. Upon reflection, I wish to clarify that these statements were incorrect and were not based on any verified document or factual material.”

She continued, “To be clear, no document containing '42 dos and don'ts' was issued to me by Mr. Allu Arjun or by anyone acting on his behalf. My remarks were made in the flow of conversation and should not have been presented as factual assertions. I sincerely regret making those statements and any misunderstanding or reputational harm they may have caused. I withdraw the remarks in their entirety. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Allu Arjun and his body of work, and regret any inconvenience caused.”
When Allu Arjun issued legal notice
The brand strategist recently claimed in a podcast that meeting the Pushpa 2 actor involved navigating a large entourage, multiple managers, and highly structured protocols. She said that the team allegedly enforces as many as 42 dos and don’ts for those who meet the star. She further stated that these rules include restrictions such as not shaking hands and avoiding direct eye contact with the actor.
The clip from the podcast soon went viral, sparking widespread discussion on social media. As the comments gained traction, Allu Arjun’s team released an official statement of clarification.
The statement read, “Certain recent comments made about Mr. Allu Arjun are completely baseless and untrue. He has always conducted himself with the utmost dignity and honour. We take these false allegations seriously. Our legal team is initiating defamation proceedings against those responsible. We request everyone to refrain from spreading unverified information.”
