Hari Hara Veera Mallu X Review

Early movie-goers shared their reviews of the film on social media. One user on X (formerly Twitter) wrote, "HariHaraVeeraMallu is a lacklustre period action drama, weighed down by an outdated and incoherent screenplay, further hampered by subpar technical quality. The first half is tolerable and includes a few well-executed sequences. However, the second half completely falls apart and never recovers. It feels outdated and directionless, as if the director lost track of the plot entirely and added random scenes."

Another user noted, "HariHaraVeeraMallu Started as a decent narrative. Ended in complete chaos. First half tries. Pawan Kalyan holds it together with charm, grit, and presence. Charminar stretch, entry fight, and interval give hope. But the second half? A disaster. Script collapses. Visuals hurt.”

A third 'disappointed user penned, “HariHaraVeeraMallu is Disappointing We were excited for this magnum opus after hearing the songs and seeing the release trailer, but it did not live up to our expectations in terms of story or visual effects. Keeravani is one of the few people who did their job from the start.”

A user posted an honest review saying, "Very good first half Second half first 40 mins avrg Last 40 mins are good !! Keeravani’s score is the heart of the film. Kusthi fight & pre climax fights stand out , Songs are good Vfx is below par !! Overall a good film with bad vfx ”

Meanwhile, another user went on to detail the goods and bads, saying, "Started as a decent narrative. Ended in complete chaos. First half tries. Pawan Kalyan holds it together with charm, grit, and presence. Charminar stretch, entry fight, and interval give hope. But the second half? A disaster. Script collapses. Visuals hurt. Kohinoor turns into confusion. Flashbacks feel fake. Emotion fizzles out."

A user who was all praise for the music and climax wrote, "Background score is grand and suits the epic scale. Songs are situational and blend well, especially the ones during war and emotional transitions. Climax is emotionally strong and action-packed. Leaves a lasting impression with a heroic closure."

Praising the film, one impressed user said, "The man behind Hari Hara Veera Mallu gives goosebumps. ‘Kollagotinadhiroii’ and ‘Tara Tara’ are top-notch — worth watching again and again in theatres!" as another added, "Completed Watching Hari Hara Veera Mallu. It is a pleasure to watch Pawan Kalyan on big screen. He breathed life into Veera Character. Bobby Deol is excellent as Aurangazeb. First Scene narration & titles is worth your ticket. Jizya episode is convincing. Good Watch for all."
