Malayalam actors Roshna Ann Roy and Kichu Tellus tied the knot in a grand ceremony in Kochi in 2020. However, their marriage has now hit rock bottom as the actress penned a long note confirming their separation. She mentioned how the phase is emotionally challenging for her and requested privacy.

The actress took to her Instagram and shared a post that read, “I am not saying this to make it a celebration on social media, but because I feel it is the right time to reveal it. Both of us are alive, both of us deserve to live in peace, but in different paths. I have to come out and share this, though it is not easy for me. Some may feel happy, and I sincerely pray that their happiness continues.”
She added. “Thank you to everyone who has been with us in this journey. I don't want to hide this, and I only ask that everyone respects our personal space as we move forward in our lives separately.”

She wrote in the caption, "And it's official ... After 5 wonderful years together, we have chosen to part ways with love and respect. Grateful for the memories, we ask for your prayers and privacy as we begin new chapters in our lives."
Talking about her divorce, Roshna said, " Yes, blood is thicker than water. That’s why I’ve stepped aside and given you all the space you wanted. I’m free, he’s free, and I wish everyone peace. We were very close friends, and in many ways, we still are. Kichu and I, once together, now separated. Life moves on." Roshna did not address the real reason behind their divorce. She just said in the end, "September 30 - the day I lost my father, my first pain in life. Today, I mark another ending, stepping forward. From loss to loss, I choose to rise."

Roshna gained recognition for her role in the blockbuster Joseph, while Kichu Tellus is best known for his performances in films like Angamaly Diaries and Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil. The couple also collaborated professionally on a few projects including movie Sullu.
