Filmmaker Sukumar is set to reunite with Global Star Ram Charan for his next pan-India project. The collaboration marks another coming together of the acclaimed actor-director duo, who previously worked together on one of Telugu cinema's most celebrated films. The upcoming project will be backed by Mythri Movie Makers. The makers recently shared a video from the film’s launch ceremony, accompanied by the caption, "The journey of #RC17 begins with the MEGA CLAP. Megastar @KChiruTweets garu sounded the clapboard and blessed the entire team of #RC17."

Ram Charan teams up with Pushpa director Sukumar

The upcoming film will mark Sukumar's next directorial venture after the successful Pushpa franchise. It will also be Ram Charan's next major film following RRR. The project is scheduled to commence with a pooja ceremony on November 1. A video showing the preparations for the ceremony has been doing rounds on social media.
