Actor Ram Charan is set to undergo wrist surgery at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore after battling an injury he sustained during the filming of his recently released film Peddi. The actor was spotted at Hyderabad's Begumpet Airport as he left for Coimbatore ahead of the procedure, which is scheduled to take place on July 27.

According to reports, the injury dates back to the shoot of Peddi, during which Ram Charan suffered a severe wrist sprain. Doctors in Hyderabad reportedly advised surgery as the most effective long-term solution. However, the actor chose to postpone the procedure to fulfil his professional commitments, including the film's promotions, before finally opting for surgery.
