It's been a while since rumours of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna tying the knot have been making the rounds. And if the recent reports are to be beleived their wedding could be sooner than expected. The couple, who exchanged rings in a secret engagement in October in the presence of their families, are reportedly ready to take the next step in 2026.

A source close to the actors has reportedly confirmed the details of their upcoming wedding date and venue to Hindustan Times. Although both Rashmika and Vijay, are yet to make any announcement about their relationship public, Vijay's team, during their engagement in October, had allegedly told the portal that the couple was planning to marry in February.
A source close to the couple now confirmed the news, telling the portal, “Rashmika and Vijay’s wedding is planned to take place on February 26 at a palace in Udaipur. They have finalised one of the heritage properties. Much like their engagement, the plan is to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with only their loved ones in attendance.”
It is still unknown if the couple plans to throw a party for their friends from the film industry after they return to Hyderabad post their Jaipur wedding.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda reportedly exchanged rings in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025. Although neither Vijay nor Rashmika made any public confirmation even after the news leaked, Vijay’s team confirmed the news to HT. Back then, the team had also confirmed that the couple was planning on tying the knot in February.
Rashmika and Vijay reportedly got engaged in a private ceremony attended by only their closest friends and family. Despite their silence about their relationship, Vijay’s public display of affection towards Rashmika at an event for The Girlfriend caught the eyes of everyone. Vijay grabbed Rashmika's hand and kissed it with affection. Rashmika has also spoken about how her ‘partner’ healed a lot of pain which he didn’t cause.
The couple was seen together in the 2018 hit Geetha Govindam. Later, they also starred in the 2019 film Dear Comrade. They were seen together at the 43rd India Day Parade in New York. Additionally, after the news of their engagement emerged, both of them have been spotted wearing rings.
