As Geetu Mohandas' Toxic, starring Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth, awaits release, rumours were rife that the team was reshooting 100 days of the schedule. The film is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited films of the year has faced multiple delays from its initial date. Amid the reports, the makers have now refuted rumours, adding that they are on track for a grand global release.
Toxic makers refuse reports of reshoot
There were reports doing the rounds that Yash is allegedly reshooting the film, since he wasn't happy with the final result. As a result, the producers reportedly put in more than Rs 40 crore for the reshoot. However, according to a latest report by NDTV, sources close to the production team have clarified that no reshoots have been planned. The speculation surrounding the reshoot started after the release date was shifted multiple times.
