The grand trailer launch of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, held in Bengaluru, brought the entire cast of the film under one roof. Yash, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and even Nayanthara, who is known to stay away from promotional events, were present as they unveiled the trailer to the world. While speaking at the event, Nayanthara opened up about the reason she decided to attend the event in person for Toxic and for Yash. She also revealed how director Geetu Mohandas changed her mind about not working in multi-starrers.

Nayanthara breaks silence on her no promotions approach

As the Toxic trailer was released in Bengaluru, Nayanthara was asked why she does not attend many promotional events. To this, the actress replied, "It's not that I don't want to attend promotional events, it's just that I'm not very good at it. So I stay away from it. But this was special [for] so many reasons, but I think it's just Yash. He just made a call and it was enough for me to just attend the event. And also it is very special because of the kind of vision these people have."
