After dating each other for quite some time, Rashmika and Vijay sealed the deal on February 26 in Udaipur in the presence of their close friends and family members. Their wedding was an intimate affair with close friends and family members in attendance. The couple is all set to host a grand reception on March 4 in Hyderabad, which will be attended by prominent personalities. Now, pictures of Rashmika and Vijay giving cards to PM Narendra Modi have surfaced.

Amid all the excitement, their pictures with Prime Minister Narendra Modi have surfaced on the internet. Vijay and Rashmika visited him to invite him to their wedding reception, which is slated for March 4 in Hyderabad. The viral pictures show Virosh interacting with PM Narendra Modi and gifting him a shawl. The newlywed is seen donning a yellow ethnic outfit, while Vijay is seen in an all-white avatar. To note, the invite was extended on 21st January, as the couple wanted to invite him for wedding as well.



Apart from this, Home Minister Amit Shah has also been invited to the occasion. The couple gave him a formal invitation card along with a silver idol of Lord Ganesh, placed inside an ornate box. The couple was seen interacting warmly with the Home Minister.

Ahead of their wedding, the PM offered his blessings to the star couple. In a letter sent to Vijay Deverakonda's parents, the Prime Minister said, "It is a pleasure to be invited by you to the wedding of Vijay and Rashmika to be held on February 26, 2026. Heartiest congratulations and greetings to the Deverakonda and Mandanna families on this truly joyous and auspicious occasion."

About Vijay and Rashmika’s wedding

After years of ditching PDA, popular actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have officially become a married couple. The two got married on February 26 at ITC Momentos, Ekaaya. Rashmika appeared radiant in a rust-gold saree with heritage jewellery, while Vijay complemented her in an elegant traditional dhoti.

It was on February 22 when the couple finally announced their wedding to their fans on social media. They revealed that their wedding will officially be known as “The Wedding of VIROSH.” Their pre-wedding ceremonies began on February 23 with a lavish dinner. It was followed by a pool party, a cricket match, a sangeet ceremony, and haldi rituals.
