A source close to the couple said, “While the rituals in the morning will happen as per Telugu culture and tradition, another one in the evening will take place as per Kodava community rituals.”
It is to be noted that while Vijay’s family belongs to the Telugu community, Rashmika comes from the Kodava community. The planning of two ceremonies underlines the couple’s commitment to respecting each other’s heritage.
