Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are all set to tie the knot on February 26 in Udaipur. Ahead of the much-awaited day, their wedding festivities have reportedly kicked off with a lavish dinner. The celebrations will take place at the luxurious ITC Mementos in Udaipur, where the couple will host their pre-wedding and wedding ceremonies.

According to a News18 report, sources told them that the couple is throwing a lavish dinner party for their families and guests on Monday night at the venue. “As Vijay and Rashmika gear up for their big day, they’re hosting a big party. Top in-house chefs are coming together to curate a special bespoke menu. The elaborate spread will include some of their favourite dishes. It marks one of their first pre-wedding get-togethers," the source told the portal.
Another insider told them that despite it being a closed-door event, the wedding is expected to be an opulent affair. Vijay and Rashmika are reportedly looking into the themes, the colour pallets and the decorations of the celebrations personally. Meanwhile, the security around the venue as well as inside Udaipur’s Mementoes has already been tightened as the couple wants to maintain privacy and does not want pictures from the venue to get leaked.
Reportedly, the couple has decided to keep the wedding ceremonies private, with only close family and friends in attendance. They have also chosen not to invite members of the film industry to keep it an intimate celebration. Following their Udaipur wedding, the couple is set to host a grand reception in Hyderabad on March 4, reportedly at Taj Krishna. The reception is expected to be attended by their friends, colleagues and who’s who from the Telugu film industry in attendance.

According to reports, Vijay and Rashmika's mehndi ceremony will be held on Tuesday, February 24, in an intimate setting with close family members and friends. Later, the haldi and sangeet ceremonies are scheduled for the following day, that is Wednesday, February 25, 2026, leading up to the wedding ceremony on February 26. which will also be hosted at the same venue.
Some reports claim that the haldi ceremony will take place in one of the open courtyards of ITC Mementos Udaipur, and will be a daytime affair, in keeping with custom.
