When Television actor Atul Verma had put on 27 kgs in a matter of two years, he soon realised that he needed to get back into shape.

Atul, who will be seen in Balveer Returns, left his desk job at the time and promised himself to work out religiously and shed those extra kilos. It was after that, that he decided to join the acting field.
