Mohanlal
Mohanlal is back to host the seventh season of Bigg Boss Malayalam. The superstar kicked off the much-awaited season with a grand launch event on Sunday. The premiere featured high-energy performances by the contestants. As always, Mohanlal began the show by taking viewers through the Bigg Boss house, explaining the significance of each corner where the contestants will be spending their time over the next few months.
Meet the contestants
After the performances, the contestants of this season were officially announced and introduced one by one:
Aneesh Tharayil
An author and farmer, Aneesh was the first to walk into the Bigg Boss 7 house. He is also the first-ever male commoner contestant on Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7.
Anumol
The second contestant to enter the house, Anumol is an actor and anchor. She won the Kerala State TV Award for second heroine for her role in the sitcom Surabhiyum Suhasiniyum.
Munshi Ranjith
He is famous for his role in the popular political satire show Munshi.
Gizele Thakral
A model, actress, and entrepreneur, Gizele is a half-Malayali and former Bigg Boss Hindi contestant, bringing both experience and glamour to the show.
Sarika
A content creator best known for her celebrity interview series Hot Seat.
Nevin Cappresious
A multi-talented personality associated with the fashion and entertainment industries.
Aryan Kathuria
An actor and model who entered the house full of excitement and energy.
Kalabhavan Sariga
The popular mimicry artist and comedian was the fourth contestant to enter the Bigg Boss house.
Shanavas Shanu
Best known for his villainous roles in Malayalam serials. He rose to fame through characters like Rudram and Indran.
Akbar Khan
A singer who joined as the fifth contestant of the reality show.
RJ Bincy
Well-known radio jockey Bincy entered the house as the sixth contestant.
Oneal Sabu
A lawyer-turned-food vlogger who brings his unique flair to the Bigg Boss house.
Fathima Noora & Adhila Nasarin
The couple made headlines as Kerala’s most visible lesbian pair after a legal battle for their relationship. They enter the show as joint contestants.
