On the occasion of the International Yoga Day on Tuesday, actress Nikita Dutta shared that she has been practicing it since the last few years. She says her relation with yoga is on a different level.

&ldquo;Fitness is not about being better than someone else but it is about being better than what you used to be,&rdquo; Nikita, who is currently seen as Suman in TV show &ldquo;Ek Duje Ke Vaaste&rdquo;, said in a statement.
&ldquo;My relation with yoga is on a whole different level. The best thing about yoga is that it is not just about weight loss but being fit from within.
&ldquo;It's about better concentration, a calmer mind and knowing your body. I have seen myself evolve in these four years of practicing it. And there is still an infinite scope,&rdquo; she added.
