Colors TV's official social media page features a new Pati Patni Aur Panga promo video. As the commercial begins, Abhinav Shukla bursts into tears and requests Rubina Dilaik to tell the narrative. He tears uncontrollably. Rubina then talked about how they make each other's birthdays special, recalling a time when Abhinav brought her a bag to wish her on her special day. 

Rubina Dilaik stated, "Voh ek gift bag lekar aaya aur bola 'Happy Birthday'." (He grabbed a bag and shouted, 'Happy Birthday')."
