The Spastics Society of India, now called ADAPT (Able Disabled All People Together), is back with its annual arts and crafts exhibition, titled I Can Bazaar.

The event, which was initiated by founder chairperson Dr Mithu Alur over 40 years ago to showcase the artistic talents of students with disabilities, is an exhibition-cum-sale of crafts designed and created by students and trainees (with and without disabilities) of ADAPT.
The three-day event&rsquo;s opening day will also see a cultural programme by the students of ADAPT and Kamla High, the institution&rsquo;s partner mainstream school and the presence of filmmaker Shyam Benegal who will felicitate Nagesh Kukunoor and Elahe Hiptoolla, who were ADAPT brand ambassadors at the Mumbai Marathon.
