Indian fashion designers Aisha Rao and Rimzim Dadu unveiled their latest collections at the ongoing Hyundai India Couture Week (ICW) 2025 on Tuesday, July 29, the penultimate day of the fashion extravaganza being held in New Delhi.
While actor Sara Ali Khan turned showstopper for Aisha’s debut show at the event, Khushi Kapoor walked the ramp for Rimzim.
Aisha’s collection, titled ‘Wild at Heart’, borrowed from the lush vocabulary of the natural world, including motifs such as banana leaves, lotus blooms, and palms.
The collection was a “love letter to the wild, a call to live louder”, the show note stated.
“Presenting our debut couture collection at India Couture Week has been nothing short of a dream. 'Wild at Heart' is deeply personal, an expression of fantasy, freedom, and everything we love about maximalism,” the couturier said in a statement.
At the showcase, models walked the ramp donning ensembles in metallic, rose gold and champagne hues. The designs featured intricate embroidery and embellishments.
Sara walked as the showstopper, turning heads in a soft rose gold lehenga featuring pastel-hued floral embroidery. She left her hair open, styled in soft waves. Minimal accessories elevated the look, bringing the outfit in focus.

“I’ve always been drawn to pieces that tell a story, and this look really does that for me. I’m wearing the rose gold Banarasi tissue brocade lehenga with intricate appliqué, detailed in geometric checks and whimsical florals with beads and crystals embroidery by Aisha, and what I love about it is how light and effortless it feels. Every detail is so thoughtfully done… It’s playful, graceful, and beautifully made,” the actor said in a statement.

On the same day, Rimzim unveiled her collection titled ‘Oxynn’, which featured ensembles inspired by Gujarat’s Banjara tribes. The designs reimagined traditional crafts like patola and mirror work.
“Oxynn reflects quiet strength and the nomadic spirit. Rooted, raw, and futuristic,” the show note shared by FDCI on Instagram noted.

Khushi closed the show for the designer, walking the ramp in a two-piece outfit that featured a metallic halter top and structured long skirt. The emerald jewellery added a pop of colour to the otherwise monochrome look.
