The Bombay Baking Company has specials such as chocolate eggs, hot cross buns, Easter pastries, seasonal cakes, freshly baked breads, and artisanal desserts that people can enjoy for Easter till April 5.
Mezzo Mezzo is hosting a specially curated Easter Pranzo di Mezzo Mezzo, an indulgent Modern European-style festive lunch on April 5.
The experience begins with a selection of lunch favourites such as French Toast Tiramisu, Truffle Egg with sautéed mushrooms and truffle hollandaise on sourdough, Smoked Salmon Toast with ricotta and lemon, and pumpkin pancakes with honey and caramelised nuts. The spread also has Tuna Carpaccio with puttanesca dressing, Truffle Caesar salad, and Gambas Picante with garlic, chilli, and focaccia, followed by a generous spread of Italian classics such as Rigatoni Madre with Chef Jacopo’s signature sauce, Gnocchi Burro Salvia with brown butter and sage, and Lasagna Bolognese with slow-cooked lamb ragout. Diners can also savour main course like slow-cooked Lamb Spezzatino, grilled barramundi fish steak, and Porchetta, before ending on a sweet note with indulgent desserts including Tiramisu 2.0, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Raspberry Fizzy Sorbet. To add a festive touch, every table will receive a surprise chocolate Easter egg, making the experience a joyful and memorable Easter celebration.
Lotus Café will host a special Easter brunch with highlights such as pistachio crusted rack of lamb, roast leg of lamb, honey glazed ham, steamed salmon with garlic, herbs and lemon, crispy chicken thighs with smashed peas, and classic eggs Benedict. Complementing these are comforting dishes like mac and cheese, spring pea pasta with burrata, gnocchi with peas and asparagus, and spanakopita pie. The spread also includes a fresh salad bar and seasonal produce like asparagus, peas, and citrus-inspired creations. To complete the experience, indulge in hot cross buns, Easter chocolate eggs, carrot cake, and refreshing citrus sorbet.
