At Melange, the Father's Day Brunch celebrates the simple pleasures fathers rarely ask for but always enjoy. Asian treat
From the sushi bar and dim sum trolley to a selection of KOKO favourites, the Father's Day Brunch offers a varied spread of contemporary Asian flavours. Bringing together a wide range of flavours and formats the brunch offers something for every seat at the table.

The brunch begins with the Salad Bar, featuring refreshing creations such as the Som Tum and Smoked Duck Salad. At the Sushi Bar, guests can discover some of KOKO's signature offerings, including the KOKO Signature Roll, KOKO Golden Maki, Hamachi Maki and Salmon Harasu Roll, showcasing the restaurant's contemporary interpretation of Asian cuisine and commitment to craftsmanship. 

A highlight of the afternoon is the Dim Sum Trolley, bringing an interactive element to the table with handcrafted favourites served throughout the experience. Guests can savour the Truffle, Water Chestnut & Sweet Pea Dumpling, Spicy Poached Dumpling, Chicken Longhai Dumpling and Prawn & Chive Dumpling, each prepared with precision and attention to detail. The Dim Sum Basket features dishes like Basket Cheung Fun with Vegetables & Lotus Root, Zhai Bao, Prawn Basket Cheung Fun and Spicy Chicken Bao, celebrating a variety of textures, flavours and traditional techniques. 

At the live Noodle & Wonton station, guests can enjoy dishes prepared fresh to order, including the Dan Dan Yu La Mian and Hong Yu Wonton. Served fresh from the kitchen, these comforting favourites bring balance and familiarity to the afternoon’s spread. 

The main course brings together robust flavours and comforting classics, featuring Kung Pao Prawns, Exotic Vegetables with Lantern Sauce, South East Asian Red Curry, and Broccoli Creamy Planta. Accompanied by Butter Garlic Fried Rice and Hong Kong Soy Noodles, the spread offers a balance of dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed together. 

The selection of desserts includes Cheesecake and Hazelnut Crunch Fingers and offers the perfect way to end the meal. The cocktail menu features the Elixir, Twisted Mule and Airmail.

At the heart of the experience is the Memory Bar, where chefs bring family stories to life by recreating a father’s signature dish live - whether it is a beloved hometown ghee roast, the perfect medium-rare steak or a treasured family recipe. Fathers can also craft their own refreshing beverage at the Tie & Tonic Station, blending botanical tonics with fresh summer herbs and citrus.
