Celebration of modaksThis Ganesh Chaturthi, Bombay Baking Company at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu presents a festive collection that brings together the richness of Indian flavors with contemporary pastry craftsmanship. Available from September 12 to 24, 2026, the collection features an assortment of indulgent cakes, artisanal chocolates and traditional modaks, thoughtfully created for festive gatherings and gifting. At the heart of the collection is the Festive Chocolate Fleur, a delicate combination of rose brûlée, creamy white chocolate and Stracciatella. The Bappa Bliss Cake brings together the familiar flavors of coconut and jaggery with a saffron-laced mousse, offering a contemporary take on classic Indian tastes. The traditional modak takes on a modern expression with the Modak Velvet, featuring red velvet sponge and cream cheese frosting crafted in the distinctive shape of the festive favorite. The Zafrani Pista Royale combines Dolce chocolate mousse with pistachio sponge, creating layers of rich chocolate and nutty pistachio.
