The Dasra Philanthropy Week is about building a collective voice to raise awareness about the importance of giving. The event sees philanthropists, social entrepreneurs and many others who come together to find solutions for the country’s biggest social problems.

Over the past three years, this forum has featured a gathering of 200 philanthropists and business leaders who deal with issues such as anti-human trafficking and promoting sports for youth development.

Throughout the week that commenced from February 28, discussions have ranged from strategic philanthropy trends, ways to unlock domestic capital for social enterprises in India to effective collaborative approaches.

This year over 600 leaders from different spheres have joined hands creating a commonwealth of information and support regarding social issues. The concluding event — The Indian Philanthropy Forum (IPF) would also host the launch of Bain & Company’s India Philanthropy Report.
