Dear Diana,
My nephew invited me over recently and told me about his problem (he has piles and hernia). About how he hasn't been able to satisfy his wife sexually for over two years now because his condition ensures that he doesn't have the stamina for the act. They have a son though. Now, my nephew wanted me to sleep with his wife saying that he'd rather trust her with someone he knows than have her seek sexual pleasure elsewhere.
