Walking Billboard

Heart on your sleeve? So passé! These days, it’s all about wearing your movie title instead. Raghav Juyal, out in Bandra on Tuesday, ensures the message is loud and clear.

Lords Of The Afterparty

If the cricket at Lord’s delivered the drama on the field, Vedant Mahajan ensured London had its own headline act after sunset. Following Sunday’s big match, the city’s buzziest names swapped the stands for the dance floor, descending on Maddox Club on Mill Street for a wild afterparty that brought together familiar faces from the sporting world and London’s social circuit.

Among the standout arrivals was Arjun Kapoor, who swapped his crisp Lord’s suit for a luxe leather jacket, taking his look from daytime tailoring to after-dark edge. He wasn’t the only one embracing the leather-clad mood — Sukhbir brought the same swagger before taking over the mic for an impromptu rendition of his beloved track Oh Ho Ho Ho, turning the room into an instant singalong.
Stebin Ben, accompanied by wife Nupur Sanon, joined the chorus before belting out a few of his own tracks. With Ahan Shetty, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Aayush Sharma, and entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath among those in attendance the guest list continued to sparkle, aided by a smattering of cricketing names from the day’s game.
And just when everyone thought Sunday’s celebrations had peaked, Vedant was already planning the next chapter. By Tuesday night, MVM Entertainment’s main man was back hosting another star-studded gathering — this time at London’s Cirque Le Soir, with Aryan Khan. We may still be recovering from the weekend, but this crowd shows no signs of slowing down.

Birthday Blessings

Fiercely loyal, endlessly empathetic and always wearing her heart on her sleeve, Bhumi Pednekar is a self-confessed “proud Cancerian”. So, it came as no surprise when the actor embraced emotion on her birthday last week, kicking off July 18 in the most meaningful way — by seeking blessings from her kul devi at the centuries-old Shree Devi Mauli Temple in Pernem, Goa. Beginning a new year with divine grace? Very Bhumi!

As birthday wishes poured in, her celeb squad ensured the celebrations stayed just as warm and joyful. From Orry Awatramani and Ayushmann Khurrana to Mouni Roy, Maheep Kapoor, fashion designer Malini Ramani, and casting director Shanoo Sharma, friends and colleagues came together to shower the actor with plenty of digital love. Temple bells in the morning, celebrity shoutouts through the day — Bhumi’s birthday unfolded like a script written just for her: heartfelt, happy and sprinkled with just the right touch of Bollywood magic.

The Suite Spot

If his appearance at the FIFA World Cup final is anything to go by, Lakshmi Mittal isn’t just watching football — he’s securing a front-row seat to global power. At New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on Sunday, the Indian steel billionaire watched from FIFA’s ‘presidential suite’ with Donald Trump, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, and FIFA president Gianni Infantino — a guest list that looked less like a VIP box and more like a G7 afterparty.

Access at that level isn’t bought with a ticket — it is earned through decades of influence, relationships and relevance. Google CEO Sundar Pichai was also in attendance on Sunday, but notably wasn’t sharing the same rarified air.
Moreover, Mittal seems to be making a habit of it. At the 2022 FIFA World Cup final in Qatar, he was photographed alongside Elon Musk. Different tournament, different billionaire, same message: when football’s biggest stage doubles as the world’s most exclusive networking event, Lakshmi Mittal somehow always ends up in the room where the power is.

Mour The Merrier

Some couples collect souvenirs in their first year of marriage. Mumbai girl Kimaya Hemdev Sehgal and her London-based hotelier husband Saachi Sehgal decided to collect something far more ambitious: a restaurant.

The daughter of Star Entertainment’s Jiten Hemdev, Kimaya tied the knot with Saachi in November 2025, and less than a year later, the duo has already given birth to their first hospitality baby — Mour, on London’s stylish Seymour Street. Nestled beside The Leonard hotel and just behind the ever-buzzing Selfridges, the Mediterranean-inspired eatery has quickly become a favourite with diners who, as Kimaya laughs, “want Mour of everything!”
But getting there took plenty of elbow grease. The property demanded a complete makeover, endless planning permissions, and even the hunt for a top chef before the doors could finally open last month. The result is an intimate, chic space where Mediterranean small plates meet warm hospitality, with just a little touch of Mumbai soul. Judging by the steady stream of happy guests — including Rashmi Jolly, Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Mumbai — the recipe is clearly working.
