Festivals in India are incomplete without music. The magic of Mumbai lies in its diversity, and the Amplify Music Incubator’s latest celebration on Wednesday promises exactly that. The incubator set up the first South cohort of its artiste development programme back in July. The initiative marked the incubator’s first regional foray, and now, it will open their first city performance at a Bandra nightspot on August 25, just before Onam.

The line-up includes a mix of indie, folk, hip-hop, and RnB stars in Ashwin Syam, Arjun Dev, Goutham Vasu Venkatesan, Shahana Naresh, Saras Menon, Shakti Sivamani, Simmo, Vaishakh Somnath, and Veno Miss. The group has spent over three-weeks as part of the programme.
