Ditch the drab dinner date for a hands-on experience at Karaoke & Katsu-Ramen Cooking Night. Founder Manpreet Dhodhy has cracked the code to making complex ramen accessible by pre-making the 12-hour broth, allowing guests to focus on the fun part: crafting noodles from scratch. “The goal was for everyone to take away a craft that feels achievable, empowering,” Dhodhy says. The two-hour class, which includes making Katsu and customising bowls, is built for connections.
