Discover the distinct flavours of Japanese and Korean noodle culture at Urban Platter’s Clash of Ramens workshop. Participants will learn to prepare Japanese Tsukemen Ramen and Korean Ramyun from scratch, while also mastering broth-making, noodle-handling and flavour-balancing techniques. The session offers take-home recipes and a deeper appreciation of two iconic comfort foods.
