Green foot forward

One of the primary tenets of sustainable living is to make mindful consumption choices. Unfortunately, many green products can leave a sizeable dent on the wallet, rendering them unviable. Changing the narrative is Neemans, a sustainable platform that repurposes plastic and rubber wastes, and uses renewable materials to fashion pocket-friendly footwear. Their designs focus on form and function, with the trendy designs complementing the comfortable fit. We were drawn to their knit sneakers (Rs 3,229), made from PET bottles, and their lightweight flip-flops (Rs 699) that use recycled rubber tyres.
